Does anyone know what the problem is here?
I've installed SQL*Net V2 on my HPUX 9.0.1 server and distributed my
listener.ora, tnsnames.ora and sql*net.ora and have my TNS_ADMIN
pointing
to where they live. Oracle Version 7.1.6.
Error:
TNS-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist TNS-12560: Protocol adapter error
