connect failure

Hi!

I just installed the Oracle Server Release 7.2.2.4.0 on Windows NT Server Release 3.51 (Service Pack 3 installed). There are some problems connecting Oracle using SQL PLUS.

Using no connect-string or :2 I may log in but using the string t:127.0.0.1:ORCL I retrieve the error ORA 03121. I'm sure that TCP/IP is properly installed...

So I do not mind that I get the error ORA 03121 using a Windows 95 Client in the net, too.

Hope one of you can help.
