Oracle's products are not installed through "pkginstal," so don't expect them to appear in a pkginfo listing. This is normal for third party software -- as a general rule, you would only expect pkginfo to report on packages related to the OS or supplied by the OS vendor. On HP/UX, you can either use SAM, or pkginfo, to the same effect.

If you want a listing of the Oracle components, of course, it's the same on every platform: orainst.
