Sorry, I wasn't clear in my answer.

Of course you can access Designer/2000 tables from applications that *you* create in Dev/2000.

But the information in Designer/2000 repository is *not* accessible to you when you are working in the Developer/2000 "Designers", e.g. if you define "Prompts" in Designer/2000, or define that column should normally be displayed in a certain manner, you can't get at that information when you're *in* Dev2k creating a new form/report.
