I do not think you need an Oracle Enterprice version which supports parallel option. On this NT enviornment, NT will deal with the two CPUs. To ORACLE, it looks like single CPU. You need a ORACLE server with parallel option only when you using machines, such as DEC VAX clusters, which have two CPU boxes; or machines with Massive parallel processing options, such nCUBs.
