Your message isn't completely clear. Is your FK to a lookup table or does it have "valid values" defined for it? Or both?
If its a lookup (e.g. *no* valid values defined), then you need to check the LOV settings for the desired columns in the LOOKUP DTU (and unset LOV in the base DTU). If its a column with valid values, then you pick LIST BOX (meaning).
