Who is DCI looking for?

DCI is looking for consultants or contractors with an interest in building a long-term Partnership/Relationship. We believe that our Company is its People, and therefore we recognize that our People make the Difference. Our success today is a result of their continued success.

The majority of our staff is made up of full-time, permanent, salary and benefits compensated “consultant employees.” DCI does have some “contractors” hired for particular short-term assignments only. Our focus is building an employee/employer partnership with prospective employees.
