My v1.1 Setting Up SQL*Net TCP/IP for Windows says " ORA-06136 OSNVCH: Error During Connection Handshake   Cause: the destination server was unable to obtain enough

         information to complete the connection   Action: Check that the configuration of the server is correct

         and that your connect string is valid.  If these are
        correct, contact Oracle Customer Support"
