One's best bet might be to start with "How To Win Friends and Influence People" and then get a job with a company using the product. Using the skills you learned above, have them send you to SAP school - or at least let you work with the product.
SAP skills are very hard to come by in the market and even more difficult for one to acquire. These characteristics are responsible for the high rates people in the know can demand.
