Printing Data From A Form ??

We have a requirement to print data that is being displayed
on a Form.  The form contains a block with multiple records.
The data was obtained by doing a join of several tables.
Up to 1000 records are shown on the Form by allowing the 
user to scroll through them.



Without using Oracle Reports, how can the 1000 rows of
data being displayed on the Form be formated and sent 
to a line printer ???



Is there any third party software that can do this ?
