Managing Oracle 7.x on a HP unix machine.

me again folks...
I have now been asked to obtain all the necessary hardware to link into
our HP machine in order to manage the Oracle system software. Does
anybody have any suggestions on this?
Sombody has suggested that I use Exceed windows software to give an X
windows emulation ... will I be able to run all the Oracle software
through this? or would it just be better to buy an X machine(very
expensive) to run it on ?
