I have been using Oracle (7.2.2.4) on NT and have no problems with it. I do not have multiple CPUs but I work with those who do and NT will run multiple threads on the multiple CPUs. I am not sure, based upon my experience with NT that I would say it is as stable as HP-UX or Solaris (the two Unixes which I am most familiar). The one observation that I would make is that Oracle, as well as other applications seem to run faster on Unix than on NT. Received on Wed Mar 13 1996 - 00:00:00 CET
