I don't know how your going to connect Ms Access to Oracle, but you can use PC/TCP ver 3.1 with oracle's SQL NET. When installing the SQL NET package the install will ask you to identify your TCP vendor package. There will be 2 PC/TCP packages listed, you need to select the one that says "(winsock)" after it. Version 3.1 of PC/TCP is winsock compatible.
