Ashar,

We used to have the OracleWare product and, while it wasn't as bad as you say, it still sucked (I have heard that Oracle has since dropped the product). We replaced it with a Digital Alpha server running Digital Unix and were very glad we did.

From what I understand, the biggest problem is with the Netware as an OS. It's just not made for that kind of work. At first I thought maybe it was the hardware (a Pentium machine), but I have since worked with Oracle for NT on another Pentium machine and found it to be good as well (although not as good as the Alpha).
