Coding standards for Forms 4.5 and Reports 2.5

Does anyone have, or know of a source of, any coding standards for Forms 4.5 and Reports 2.5 which I could use?
We are starting up a new project in a hurry, and I don't have the time (or the detailed knowledge) to write them myself.
Any help would be appreciated.
