Upgrade to the latest release when it comes out.

In the meantime, you have the following options:

1. Do an ALTER SYSTEM FLUSH SHARED_POOL; or
2. SHUTDOWN and STARTUP the database;

Just before you would get the message. Doing this everytime you commit a transaction would be overkill (unless they are really huge transactions).
