Yes, you can use Micro Focus and Oracle together, and it's quite nice. You will need the Oracle precompiler for your platform and the Micro Focus Workbench and a component of MF's called COBSQL. This allows you to use the animator (debugger) to test your actual Oracle code. It's very nice. Matter of fact, our Pro*C folks wish they had as nice a development environment as the animator. They could'nt believe what it could do for them. Too bad they are developing in C.

Anyways, Yes it all works and you Micro Focus rep should be able to let you know what you need. We use it in our shop and have been happy with the results.
