The first is true but second not. Borland SQL Link to Oracle contain OCI dll's but requires SQLNet. And my opinion is that Borland Delphi(especially Delphi 2.0) is one of the best client-server development platform. Received on Wed Feb 21 1996 - 00:00:00 CET
