Sorry, Our template doesnt use either of these, but I can offer the
following suggestions:
1. clock - create a field and a repeating timer that expires, say, every
1 sec (ie, 1000 - from memory, I think timers use microseconds)
this should then run a procedure which updates the time.
Note that the time wont update during, eg. a long query, but will
immediately it finishes
2. Balloon Hints - see the demo that came with Dev2K. This should
make it clear
