Memory allocation Oracle/HP-UX 9.05

We have a dedicated HP-E45 with 128Mb of RAM. We only run HP-UX operating system and Oracle on this machine. Would someone know what percentage (maximum) of memory should be allocated to the operating system and what percentage to the Oracle processes to get best performance. Any hint or pointers will be appreciated.
