Developer/2000 Install Question

Hi:

        I installed Procedure Builder. I am able to bring up the icons, but when I connect, it gives me the error Undefined Dynalink and a GPF.

        I tired removing it and re-installing it, but the same result is seen. I am sure that this is some DLL problem, but why does this happen even after I remove and reinstall? I tried it from both the machine on which I installed the product and another machine. All get the same error.

Any leads are greatly appreciated,
