How to upload Oracle data into MS SQL Server

I would appreciate a tip on copying data from Oracle tables to MS SQL Server 6.0 tables. If I can get Oracle data in text file, I can perhaps use SQL Server's BCP utility to upload data.

My understanding is that Oracle's export feature allows exported data files only to be imported in Oracle. Is that correct ? if yes than I cannot use this export feature to solve my problem.
