Oracle RDBMS 7. Monitoring Row Locks

Hi all,

The SQLDBA tools lets you monitor locks, tables and sessions, nut what I would like to do is see which lock is held on which table and by who !

Can anyone help ! ( a trick piece of SQL or just the relevant Data Dictionary tables would by very useful !).
