SQL*Plus on NT is too slow

I installed ORACLE7 Server for WindowsNT, SQL*Net V2 and TCP/IP adapter
, and I think it's good to use SQL*Plus on NT Server as well as on my
Win95 clients, which works just fine.


So I also installed SQL*Net V2 and TCP/IP adapter for Windows into my 
server PC. It connected to its own PC, but it's incredibly slow.
Connection time took more than 1 minute without any access to its hard
disk. I am wondering why it takes so much time.
