By "schema" do you mean tablespace? If you mean tablespace, then the advantage of NOT creating another database, but just another tablespace, is that you won't have to create, store, and manage two sets of dictionary tables. The advantage of creating another database is that it will be easier to migrate the two databases to separate platforms if one or both start getting large. Received on Tue Jan 30 1996 - 00:00:00 CET
