Reposting: Oracle Forms4.5 - Problem with key-enter trigger

I working with Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and I am using Developer/2000 (forms4.5 version 4.5.6.3.3). I am having a problem with the Key-Enter trigger, it does not work. I added the key-enter trigger and wrote a new lable in the show keys descriptionand also set the show keys to true. But at runtime, the label did not show up when I pressed show keys. I even tried to define the "enter key" as an access key of a button item(in fact that is what I would like) but it did not work neither.

Does anybody have an idea on how to use the key-enter trigger in FORMS4.5?
