Sybase <-> Oracle Gateway???

Anyone know a bidirectional gateway between Oracle and Sybase? I want to do select, inserts, updates, and deletes from each database to the other. Niether companies has a bidirectional gateway and buying both unidirectional gateways is too expensive.
Oh, I would also like to connect to Microsoft's SMS database too!
