Control Break not working in Forms 4.5

I am using the latest version of Oracle Developer for Windows ver 1.2. Apparently long running queries under Forms 4.5 can be stopped by using the Ctrl+C key IF the "CTRL_BREAK=ON" parameter is put in the Oracle.ini file. (Refer page B-6 of the Release 1.2 Installation guide for Windows).

Silly me, I thought this would work. However, no luck. Any suggestions?
