Industry Standard Ratio-DB to DBA

I need your help.

I am trying to find out what the industry standard ratio for Database (machine) to DBA (person) is. I remember hearing something like 8:1 or something like that at one time. I will also be identifying our ratio as well.

If you have seen or heard of any ratio information, please let me know.
