But you can, provided they sit in different subdirectories and they are put into different sub directories by the installer.

Just check that Oracle.INI is set up correctly and has forms40 and forms45 sections, the later will be found in either a CDE or CDE2 section dependent on whether it is release 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 of the developer software.
