Q:How to save Oracle Book manual in a file?

Hello,

I need to dump the content of Forms 4.5 manual into a text file to later print it on the high-speed mainframe printer. I only have a CD version of the manual in Oracle Book format. I keep trying to dump the contents into a print file by select Oracle Reports ASCII driver on FILE: from "Printer Setup" menu. I can only donload the Chapter names, but not the whole document.

Is there a way to dump the whole manual into an ASCII file in Oracle Book?
