Problem compiling oraperl

Hello all,

I have been fighting to compile oraperl with:   Oracle 7.0.15.4.0
  Solaris 2.4
  perl 4.036
  Makefile from Oracle's WWW site:
  http://dozer.us.oracle.com:8080/ftp/util/perl/Makefile.oraperl.v7

I did everything in the oracle7.note3.solaris2.compile, etc., to fix the
__cg92_used problem, but I am still getting the undefined
symbol: __cg92_libc
e.g.

hobbes>make
cc -Bdynamic -L/usr/oracle/lib -o oraperl /usr2/pageradm/perl4sol/uperl.o oracl\

      -lm /usr/oracle/lib/libocic.a /usr/oracle/lib/osntab.o -lsqlnet -lora -l

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file


__cg92_libc                         (command line)

ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to oraperl *** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `oraperl' hobbes>

Any ideas? Or a compiled binary/makefile :-) :-)
