There are two book that I know that will fit your description, one the 'Oracle Power Objects Handbook', the other 'Oracle Power Objects Developer Guide'.
Last time I looked, that was about a week ago, both are already out. Check Osbourne McGraw-Hill catalog on Oracle Press.
