Hello
I am trying to learn OCI. I have Personal Oracle Windows3.1 Version and Borland4.5 C++. I could not clearly follow the documentation provided by Oracle Corporation. Can any one please let me provide with a sample code and how to execute it? Is the program to be compiled from Borland IDE etc in detail please.
