Characterset changing in ORACLE 7.2

Hello,

Could you explain, how to change database character set for existing ORACLE 7.2 database? I have ORACLE 7.2.2.3 and AIX 4.1 (PowerPC).

In version 7.1 I accurately replaced value in table PROPS$, but in 7.2 this does not work.
