Generally an time you get an ORA 0600 you should call in to support. It may not be a problem, but it could indicate a serious database problem. Chances are, if it is not recurring, you are OK, but a call to support is a good idea.

When you call, they will need all of the arguments that you have listed above. These indicate offsets / registers / memory locs used by the database.
