We have been using Visual Basic to write our CGI Oracle-WWW programs through OLE, and it has been working just fine. We are now attempting to write C++ code using Borland 4.0 to improve speed, and because I am more fluent in C++, but when I try to open an instance of ODatabase our NT server reports a Stack Fault in NLS23WIN.DLL, and forces the program to close. I am including owl\owlpch.h, oowl.h and oracl.h, and the code I am writing is 16 bit.

Any known solutions?

Thanks,
Brian Lalonde
