SQL Loader Newbie Question

I am using PO7 for windows. I have been expeirmenting with SQL Loader. The SQL Loader has been not inserting the last row in the table. I tried even with the examples that were provided in the online documentation. Say if there were 7 rows to be inserted, I was getting a message like commit point reached 6 records inserted etc. Any help is appreciated.
