Help with Oracle and Windows 95

At work we use a program called ChemTraC, it works fine in Windows, but not in
Windows 95. I think I need a updated DLL file or something like that.
The Windows 3.1 drivers we are using is:
Oracle 7 Q+E ODBC
QMOR703.DLL
MS ODBC
SQORA7.DLL
Please help I am stumped!!
