HP-UX block read error - database wont come up

I have just noticed a problem with one of our disks. We're getting a block read error on our hp-ux dump each night. I've tried to fsck the disk but that doesn't correct the problem.

I have four of my database files on that disk, one of them is named user201.dbf. I'm getting ORA-07372 errors now when getting data from that datafile.

I've tried to issue the recover datafile... command but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Can anyone help me with this? I've got Oracle7 v7.1.3.2.0 and HP-UX 9.05.
