The only expanded view of the world you need Ralph, is that billionaire like Ellison and Gates would rather hire Indians, if they can get them for less, and working longer hours, than Americans, if it will make them another 100 million. I would like to see them hire some H1B Visa Indian Directors for their Boards, and just go right down through the entire company hiring cheap desperate foreign labor, all the while hiding their inability to compete with Americans.
