Support CD my ***

I just recieved the oracle SupportNotes Nov 1995 edition, and guess what happened!
It crashed the server during a client intsall. I am running Oracle 7.0 on a Novell 3.12 Server. The client in WFW 3.11
The CD was mounted in our compact server and during the installation the server crashed!!
Has anyone else seen this problem.
