Hi,



I am looking for a product or Oracle facility which I am not sure exists. 
I need to be able to monitor the performance of a database (not of a 
single session). I need information about overall response time, i/o, 
loading, etc. I need to be able to interrogate the monitor 
programmatically while it is running. Ideally I would be able to start, 
stop and configure the monitor dynamically.



Does anyone know of such beasts, if so what are they and where can I get 
them?
