How to check the dll files from Forms 4.5

We are running Forms 4.5 client from WFW. In order to validate the system, we need to be able to verify the dll files are the correct versions.
Is there a way to check the date/size of these files from forms 4.5? Is there a better way to ensure the clients will be using the same dll versions when running the form?
