I've had alot of trouble getting P7 & Power Objects installed and working with each other.

From one of my install attempts, I remember that winsomething32something\disk1\install or setup must be executed first, before installing P7 or Power Objects.
Then remember about the path to . . . oracle\bin. If you're on a netware lan, for example, you must logout and back in to set the map ins s1:=l:\apps\win\oracle\bin.
If your running the win95 of P7 and want to talk to Power objects, run setup under the windows (not win95) directory AFTER you install P7 for 95 in the win95\install directory.
Last hint for power objects: if "oracle" doesn't appear in the database types when creating a new connection, you've done something wrong and won't be able to connect.

The above rambling are just notes from my install attempts. Feel free to contact me if I wasn't clear on something.
