HELP! Can't start SQLDBA

When I start SQLDBA on a UNISYS U6000/500 UNIX SVR4 machine, the following error appears:

        missing resource file tk2cat386.res

I suspect the problem was file permissions related because I changed some of the file attibutes under /oracle and other directories the day before. I tried to restore to the original settings but it didn't work.

Could anyone tell me what's happening and how to resolve the problem?

Thanks.

Arthur
