When trying to recreate the problem using the smallest
amount of steps, I could not.
I ended up dropping and importing the table, which then
made the problem go away.
Seems to be a failure during the upgrade process.
I guess I'll be creating the database from scratch and
running IMP for 20 hours to get my data in. Bogus.
