It really depends on your goals. If you just want to get the forms to 4.5, but don't want to take time to use all the features (of the GUI) you can convert them and then set Mouse Navigation Limit to Item. You'll now have a 4.5 form that basically looks and acts like a 3.0 form. Figure a minute or two for each form.... If you want to add the pretty colors and buttons and .bmps and etc. the sky is the limit.
