HI, there are couple of things that you can do here.



    
  
  1.   Check for other RUN Form instance which is not exited but still there.
       Make sure that you quit all other run form instances, and also make
       sure that you didn't opeened too many applications.

  
  2.   Check for you ORACLE.INI
