NT 3.51 w/SP2 and Developer/2000 printing

I have just installed Developer/2000 on my NT 3.51 box with Service pack 2. When I go to print something - the print dialog box comes up and is all screwed up (missing OK button etc.)
I am runing the Universal HP driver that ships with NT and is updated by SP2. All of my other windows programs seem to use this driver just fine.
Anyone else have this problem - found a solution.
